Privacy Policy

1 · Who we are

Totiva Pitch (“the app”) is published by Owen Brooks, an independent developer (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens to information when you use the app on iOS or Android. If you have questions, email owen.brooks56@gmail.com.

The short version: the app has no accounts and no servers of its own. We cannot see your squad.

2 · What the app stores On device

The app needs a few things to do its job. Everything you enter is saved in the app's private storage on your device:

• Roster: players' names (or nicknames) and the positions each one can play.
• Formations: how many players you want in each position.
• Match data: who is on the pitch, who is on the bench, minutes played, and the substitutions you made or accepted.
• Settings: your preferences, such as match length.

The substitution suggestions are calculated on your device from this data. Nothing is sent anywhere to work them out.

3 · What we never collect

We don't build profiles of you or your players. We don't share data with third parties for marketing.

4 · Players' names & children

Totiva Pitch is made for coaches, team managers and parents running a team. It is not made for children to use themselves. Many teams that use it are youth teams, so the players you enter may be children.

You choose what goes in the roster, so add only what you need. A first name, a nickname or a shirt number is enough. This information never leaves your device unless you share it yourself, for example by showing your screen or using your device's backup. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

5 · Backups & app stores

Device backups. Your phone may include the app's data in its own backup, such as iCloud Backup or Android backup, depending on your settings. Apple or Google handles those backups under their own privacy policies. We can't access them.

App stores. When you download the app, Apple's App Store or Google Play processes your purchase and may give us anonymous summaries, such as download counts or crash reports you agreed to share. Those platforms' privacy policies cover that processing.

6 · When you email us

If you email us or use the form on our Support page, your email app sends the message. We receive your email address and whatever you wrote. We use it only to answer you. We keep it only as long as we need to for that and for our normal records, then delete it. Please don't send us your players' details. We don't need them to help you.

7 · Your choices & deletion

• Edit or remove any player, formation or match inside the app at any time.
• Uninstall the app to delete all of its data from that device. Remove any copy held in your device backup through your iCloud or Google settings.
• We hold none of your app data, so there's nothing for us to export or erase on our side. If you've emailed us, ask and we'll delete that correspondence.

These rights apply wherever you live, including under GDPR, UK GDPR and Californian law.

8 · Changes & contact

If the app changes in a way that affects your data, we'll update this policy and the date at the top. If we ever planned to collect new kinds of data, we would say so clearly before it happened.
